Lisa Lu at Concert, New York Chinese Opera Society - 7/20/13

On 7/20/2013, I attended a Peking Opera Concert that Lisa Lu came from Hollywood to take part at the Flushing Town Hall Theatre. The program by New York Chinese Opera Society was well prepared with 17 highly accomplished Chinese performers and 20 distinguished musicians from as far as Japan just for this show. Lisa sang a male role and she accepted a gift for her Opera teacher in China. It was truly a great cultural, educational, and a superb program that we all enjoyed very much. Thank you Lisa for your inspiring participation!  Following photos were taken by Chester Mah.
